Notary Public & Commissioner for Oaths

My husband has inherited property from his parents. Am I entitled to a share of such property?

No, inherited property and property received by donation do not form part of the community of acquests, but always remains paraphernal property (i.e. belonging to one spouse only). If however, this property is used to generate income (ex: by renting out the property) and the community of acquests is applicable between you and your husband, then such income would belong to both.
